Q.

broken tooth

hi there a while ago my back molar on the top (the one on the sinus pocket) broke in half and I went to the dentist who then told me that they could not remove it as it was on the sinus pocket and that i would have to go to a maxillo oral facial surgeon. I then left it as it did not pain, since then i got an abcess and now it is loose and i cannot eat on that side at all as it feels like a dagger going through my gum. Booked an appointment now. Do you think it will be done under general anaesthetic or not? Also what options do i have to get a tooth there again

IT will most likelt be done under GA.
You can discuss options of placing an implant with your surgeon. This is usually the treatment of choice
