Q.

Brittle teeth

I''ve notice the last few months my teeth have become very brittle. Two teeth have holes and need to get fillings and a third has totally broken. Although i''m in a stressful situation I''m eating right and not drinking any soda or alcohol (or sweets), and only about two cups of coffee a day. What can I do to strengthen my teeth once again - I use to have very healthy and strong teeth. Maybe fluoride pills, special toothpastes, I dont know? Thanks

The cause of the brittleness needs to be determined. it could be caused by sytemic conditions, medication, traumatic bite etc.
There is not much in terms of medication/toothpaste that can strengthen your teeth at this stage.
See your dentist to evaluate the cause of the problem and options to sort it out
