Bitter taste in my Mouth

I have had a bitter taste in my mouth for a while now, everything that I eat or drink tastes horrible. (it feels like the bitter taste is coming from the right hand side of my mouth) I aslo get a tingling (numb) feeling on the tip of my tongue and lips. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis which causes me a lot of lower back probelms. I have a pain in my lower right side of my abdoman.
Also when I press against my
right rib cage with my finger it feels as if my rib cage is bruised. I also experience leg pains, especially my right leg. I dont have any other symtons like diarreha or nausea. I went to see a doctor and he gave me antibiotics (Clindahexal caps 150mg) which have not helped at all! (My age 51 yrs)
