Q.

bioldup

Good day,

I am a smoker for 9yrs now and have tar build up on my teeth at the back of my teeth and now starting inbetween the bottom front teeth, the last time i went to my dentist i spoke to her about it and she said that their is not really anything i can do as it will just buildup again, faster and worse than now.

I would like to know if i stop smoking(wich i am planning to do and doing good so far) can i go for a polish to remove the buildup? or is there something else i should do? I cant afford to go for whitening treatments ect. I luckely dont really have yellow teeth its just the build up from the smoking at the back of my teeth.

thanks in advance

have it cleaned REGULARLY - do not allow it to build up for too long as this will cause more damage.
