Advice on lingual and ceramic braces

Hi,

I have terribly crooked teeth and am interested in lingual/ceramic braces. Is it possible to have lingual braces on the top jaw and ceramic braces on the outside of the lower teeth. Also, I know that each case is different and as such the costing will be different, but is it possible to give an average cost of both lingual and ceramic braces for +- 2 year period.

Thanking you in advance.
