Q.

Abscess after apisectomy

I have had an apisectomy during Feb this year (after having a crown and root canal many years ago). I have been on a course of antibiotics, but to no avail. Is there another option I can try before having another apisectomy or worse - even extracting the tooth?

if the abscess persists after an apicectomy extraction is often the best solution.
