6 year old is getting 4 additional molars?

My 6 year old daughter finished teething at about 3 years old when the last of the 8 molers appeared

However now, She has 2 new top molars (left 1 right 1) and the bottom is swollen and white and she is complaining of pain

I have a dentist appointment for her for the 4 Feb.

How and why does this happen and can it cause any problems for her ? Can you perhaps tell me anything usefull or interesting about this

Her mouth is already a bit small for all the teeth she should have, as the one tooth is a bit scew and x rays 2 years ago showed that her permanent teeth are too big so we will hae problems with that as well later
