Q.

3yr old teeth discoloured

My 3yr old son has very beautiful teeth. He fell on his mouth on the 16th Mar and he bled a little from the teeth. Since then we''ve noticed that his teeth are a bit discoloured, its only the two front middle ones. I''m reaaly disappointed coz he has a very healthy mouth full of teeth. Could it be because of the fall on his mouth/teeth, and what should we do, should we take him to the dentist and have his teeth extracted, please help

yes, it is as a result of the fall. The nerve of the tooth is damaged. This can sometimes be left as it is but it can also be the cause of an abscess. it is best to have it seen to at a dentist.
