3 years and 8mnths, complaining tooth is sore

Hi there, i have tried to take my 3 yrs 8mnth old daughter twice previously to the dentist to just check her teeth out, now in the last 3 days she has complained her tooth is sore, after she ate something, like a biscuit. I dont know if there is a major problem, but the last times they never even touched her and i was charged, and dont want to wast money again. What possible solutions are there, take her and waste money, or what! She wont let them touch here, under sedation maybe!!!!!PLEASE HELP

even though the dentist "didn't touch her" I'm sure you were charged for a consultation.
I cannot tell you about possible solutions as solutions depend on the problem
Possible problems could include a decayed tooth/teeth, something stuck between the teeth, an infection etc.
You could ask your dentist to do an emamination under sedation
