Q.

3 year old' s teeth

my LB now 3 was on antibiotics basically full time since birth. thank fully he outgrown his illness and is healthy now. he got his first 2 teeth at 3 months, now the 4 front teeth are all chipped, and brown. i believe it is sensitive because he doesnt bite on it. my dentist said to leave it as is because in a few years it will fall out. he doesnt want to pull it and to repair is apparently very costly. what do you suggest?

If he is experiencing no pain you can leave it.If there is pain, the teeth require extractions.
