2.5 year old teeth problems

My son is 2.5 years old. His four top front teeth started rotting and in Feb this year the dentist fixed the teeth up and they looked perfect. About two months later the fillings started coming out. Now he is left with just two teeth and they are also showing signs of chipping. I will take his to the dentist again but just need to know. Will he recontruct the teeth again or will he take them out? And why did the fiilings not last. He brushes his teeth daily. And he left the bottle just after the procedure was done. i did ask the dentist is I needed to do anything special and he said I didnt.

if the teeth are not too badly damaged he may be able to save/restore them otherwise extractions will be the other option.
it is dificult to say why the fillings didn't last without seeing the patient.
discuss possible causes for this when you have your consultation
