Q.

Sinus infection and both ears are bleeding

Started with bronchitis 2 weeks ago. Tried self medicating but infection got worse. Sinus with severe headaches and blocked ears as well as bladder infection. Went to doctor and currently on antibiotics and antihistamine. But am concerned about bleeding ears and little bit of blood in my phlegm which is green. Do I go to hospital or back to doctor? My ears are also constantly making throbbing hammering sound

You obviously have a bad upper respiratory tract infection which has spread to the ears.  The antibiotics and antihistamines should clear things up.  I’m not sure about your other symptoms and your age but blood in the spit should also raise suspicions about other conditions including tuberculosis.  If this was acute and everything is getting better then I wouldn’t worry but if you still remain concerned and the symptoms persist then you need to go back and chat to your doctor or get the help of a specialist.
