Q.

Zaditen

My gp prescribed zaditen for my lo of 16 months weighing 11.5 kgs. He said I should give 2.5 ml morning and evening. But I''ve read the insert and it says 1.25 for her weight and I''m not sure about the side effects - it sound a bit hectic.

The usual dose for Zaditen syrup is 0.25ml per kilogram twice a day so the dose for your little daughter is 2.5ml twice day.
