Q.

yogurt

Hi doc,

My almost 7 month old has a post nasal drip and I was wondering if I can give him yogurt? I only started giving him yogurt last week, once, but stopped the following day when he got sick. Did the yogurt trigger the sinusses? He had a stuffy nose even before I gave him yogurt.
Thanks

It does not seem to be the yoghurt that affected your baby's nose. You mention that his nose was blocked before he ate yoghurt. Use saline nose drops such as Bennett's Infant Saline Nose drops or Salex nose drops at least twice a day to help to clear your baby's stuffy nose.
