Q.

Yoghurt at 8 months

Good day doc

I would like to start my little girl on yoghurt from 8 months, which is the best brand or should I avoid Dairy products until she is one year old. I have read that from 8 months they can eat finger foods, such as bite size cheese and toasted bread and fruit.

She has no teeth though, but has been eating solids from 5 months old.

You can start giving your baby some yoghurt at 8 months.Try one of the infants and children's yoghurts that are now available.
