Q.

Yoghurt Allergy

Hello,

I am giving my 8 month old yoghurt as his nose is now blocked. I am not sure if this is pure coincidence or if this is an allergy.

What are the signs of an allergy to yoghurt?

Thank you for your time.

A blocked nose is one of the early signs of a food allergy in an infant. In this case suspect cow's milk allergy if your baby is eating pure yoghurt or if it is mixed with fruit it may be an allergy to one or other of the fruit contents of the yoghurt.
