Q.

yellowish fluid from 9 month''s ear

Hi Doc, I''ve noticed that a bit of fluid yellowish in colour is coming out of my baby''s ear. Not alot, just little bit on the ear.
its not leaking out just when i look at his ears i could see a little bit sticking out. He doesnt have grommets in.

Please advise if this is a sign of infection, and if i need to take him to the doctor.

thanks

What you are probably seeing here is a small amount of slightly liquid ear wax coming from your baby's ear. This is perfectly normal and there is no need for concern. Your baby appears to be well judging form your description of him.
