Q.

wrong vaccine

my 6 month old boy went for the 3rd (forgot the name) but he was given this some time ago i think he was 3 months in Dec 08 &  was supposed to go for something for the next three months which he did' nt. we then took him on Saterday the 21st for that but the nurse gave him vaccine for 9 months babies thinking that he was there for that. can this have any negative effects on him?

The 9 months vaccination is for measles. It will not do him harm to have had this at 6 months but he still needs to have his 6 month immunisation for Hepatitis B
