worried about possible ear infection ?

Hi, my baby had an ear infection a month ago. My paed gave her Zinnat and it cleared up. Two weeks later she had a runny nose and was generally fussy so I took her back for a check up- he said her ears were 100% fine and that she just had a cold. She got over that little cold but now for the last week she has had a runny nose (clear) and been waking up a lot at night. She lost her appetite for a few days but it is now back to normal. She has been pulling her ears (left and right) very occasionally, but has no fever and is very cheerful and playful. Should I take her to paed ? I''ve been a very regular visitor at the paed''s rooms lately and don''t want to take her again unnecessarily. My husband thinks she is just fine, but I am not 100% convinced. Could she have an ear infection ? or would she have a fever if she had an ear infection ?

Your baby girl may have had an ear infection again which may have been due to a virus infection. She does not have a fever now and is cheerful and happy. She probably got over this infection by herself this time.
