Q.

Worms?

Good day,

My 3 year old son has lost alot of weight this past few weeks. I think he might have worms. Although he eats he is losing weight.

What can I give him to treat the worms?

And any suggestion for a supplement to help him gain some weight again?

Your son may have worms as he seems to be eating well but is losing weight. Give him Vermox syrup 5ml twice day for 3 days. If he does not pass any worms and continues to lose weight he must be seen by a doctor. He may have an illness which needs to be diagnosed such as TB.
