Q.

worms?

My 11 month daughter is rubbing her bum whereever she sits- I also saw that the area around her hole is very red. Can it be worms? I' ve had her at the dr and he said that it is not worms?I am trying at the moment antepeol cream. I have also recently smell that her urine is quite smelly - can it be maybe a bladder infection? or does it start to smell the older they get, because as a baby it never smell?

It is possible that she has worms called pinworms. This causes intense itching around the anus. You can give her a single dose of Vermox;5ml single dose and see if this helps her.You must not give her the usual dose of Vermox which is usually given twice daily for 3 days only a SINGLE 5ml ONCE OFF DOSE.
