Q.

Winds or cramps?

I''m not sure what''s wrong with my baby. She is 4 and a half months old, last night she cried non stop for like 3 hours. She kept on passing air (farting) and her stomach was groaning, I gave her gripe water and buscopan which ddnt seem to help. What could this be and what can I get her?

This sounds like a lactose intolerance problem. Change your baby to a lactose free formula and see if she improves. If she is being breast fed she could still be lactose intolerant.
