Q.

White marks in face.

My daughters 5yrs old and she has these blemishes on her face which are paler than he natural skin colour. The marks seem 2 b spreading. It started with fine clusta pimples below her eye and then the pimples startd drying out and the skin left there seemed to turn lighter. How do i get rid of these unsightly marks?

This is a very common skin condition of unknown cause in children which is called 'pityriasis' There is no effective treatment but you can try a very dilute steroid cream such as Mylocort for no more than 10 days to see if this helps. The marks always clear by themselves but may take as long as 2 years to disappear.
