This does not sound like eczema which usually is an itchy rash with raw areas which may ooze. Eczema usually starts off on the cheeks then may involve the neck and arms and legs. The rash you mention here may be a condition called 'seborrhoea' but I cannot be sure without being able to see your baby. Please ask your paediatrician for a definite diagnosis and full information as to how your baby's rash needs to be treated.
