Q.

When to stop the milk

My daughter is 2yrs 5 months. She drinks 1 to 2 bottles of Nespray at night only. Some people say she' ll have rotten teeth cause she' s old for the milk. She doesn' t like tea. She drinks water and juice during the day sometimes rooibos tea. I use the Nuby mugs that have a teat/dummy similar to silicone teats. She loves her milk, what must i do. If i she have to stop the milk, how must i do it?

Your daugter is not drinking all that much milk. She does not need to drink Nespray, but can drink regular full cream milk. This will certainly not affect her teeth as you are not adding any sugar.Ther fruit juices must be diluted. Brush her teeth regularly.
