Babies usually sit unaided at around the age of 6 months. There is no need to specially train your baby to sit.

Hi She,

My LG is 6months and she' s sitting, i didn' t train her to sit. we were just put her on the pillows but not necessarily to train her. The other day when i was playing with her i put het down to sit and she suprised me, even to day she sits without any support. So i agree with Doc, no need to train your baby to sit.
