Q.

When can I feed these foods to baby

I was just wondering when it''s safe to feed baby the following foods:
Tomato, peas, beans (and what kinds are the best), cauliflower/broccoli and pasta/rice.

Also, if I am already feeding her rice cereal, should I feed her rice in her food on the same day or should I alternate between rice and cereal to avoid constipation. She does get blocked up kind of easily and I see her straining sometimes.

Also, is white rice OK or should I use a different kind?
Thank you!

Most of these vegetables can be introduced from 8 to 10 months except for tomato which should only be introduced after 12 months.Rice cereal should not cause constipation. If it does try your baby on a maize cereal.Babies find white rice easier to digest than brown rice.
