Your baby does not have a fever and is playing well, but he must have a cold that is affecting his chest as well. The most likely cause is an RSV virus infection causing a condition called bronchiolitis. Use saline nose drops in his nose twice daily.Bennet,s infant nose drops or Salex are very good for this purpose. Once his nose is open he should be able to feed better. This illness usually takes 7 to 10 days to clear up.
