Q.

What milk to give?

Dear Prof

My son is now 13 months, and he is on NAN2 HA. He still breaks out if we give him even a teaspoon of regular yoghurt. Should we just continue giving him Nan Ha or should I give him something else? It' s a struggle to get Soya milk at our supermarkets and health shops. When they do have soya yoghurts, I just about buy most on the shelf because it happens so seldomly.

Just keep up with the NAN HA2 and try to get soya products when you can. Avoid dairy products. He should be tested for milk allergy using a test called the RAST test when he is 18 months old.Your paediatrician can arrange for this test to be done.
