Your daughter's grommet in her right ear is definitely out and I would guess that the left one is as well. It is not possible to see a grommet still in place in the eardrum without an otoscope as used by your doctor.It is difficult to advise you about your daughter's chest and what would be best for her without being able to see her. It is possible that she has asthma rather than bronchitis. Probably the best way forward is to keep her on the Singulair and to give her a 5-day course of Aspelone [5ml once daily for 5 days]If she is still not better by then it would be best to take her to see your doctor again.
