Q.

weight gain

My son turned 3yrs in Novemember last year, he is allergic to peanut, egg, wheat and dairy and struggling to gaining body fat. He eats veges, meat, soay youghurt, rice and pap. I dont know what to do any more. Please help.

Your son should have the allergy tests repeated now. He may well have outgrown his allergies to the egg, wheat and milk. if he has you can give him a diet which includes these foods and this will make his diet a lot easier.He should continue to avoid peanuts and peanut butter.
