Take her back to your baby clinic to be weighed. If her weight is on the same curve has her height, then she is an ideal weight.

She should be eating a variety of fruits and vegetables including starches like rice or potatoe or sweet potato, yoghurt, cheese, meat (fish, red meat, chicken / pork), as well as some porridge like maltabella or jungle oats and if you like giving her cereal then the types without added sugar. She can also have watered down fruit juice to drink and water. The best way to ensure she gets enough fruit and veg is to ensure that every plate has a variety of colours on it.
If she doesn' t lke them, then hide the veg, like grate carrot into bolognaise sauce, make smoothies with plain yoghurt and strawberries or apple and so on. You can also give her dried mango or similar to chew on - it' s sweet so most children love it.

If children eat healthily and play actively every day, then they generally aren' t overweight.
