Q.

weight and nappy rash

my baby is 4 months old,her weight was 3.5 when she was born now her weight is 9.6,she is breastfed, taking 5 of her feeding spoon per day and purity first food, that was before i came back to work on monday. Now her feeding is 5x2 of her feeding spoon and 125x2 of formula milk and purity first food starting from this week, because most of the people said my baby is fat.Her length when she was born was 39 cm
From birth my baby was using pampers,so last month i sent my friend to buy me some but they were out of stock so she bought cuddlesome diapers, since then my baby had a rash that don' t fade, i am using baby bum cream since birth or is it the sleep and play pampers,at the clinic the sister had said i must keep on using it please help is 2 weeks now.

Your baby's weight is certainly well above the average weight for a 4 month old little girl. The average weight at this age is 5.5kg, so you can see how much your baby weighs by comparison. You have given me the incorect length at birth, but that does not matter. There was no need to start with solids at 4 months with her weight being what it is and it would have been much better to continue breastfeeding her.
Change her nappies to another brand such as Huggies and use Bepanthen cream to clear her nappy rash.
