Q.

watery stools

My 6 months old son, is passing out watery stools as if he has diahoea. He is having one stool per day, does not cry of any pain. He eats well but the stool is too watery. Is it something i should worry about if not what is the remedy.

This is a bit unusual because your baby appears to be passing a diarrhoea stool yet he only has one stool a day.He is completely well at present so it is unlikely that he has a gastro infection. If his stool is yellow and rather loose it may just be a sign of overfeeding or possibly a reaction to one of his solids particularly his cereal especially if it is a wheat cereal. Stop all wheat and only give him a rice or maize cereal.
