Q.

watery stools

My son' s stool is watery, he has no fever or show any sign of dehydration, his gums is swollen &  there are definetly signs of teeth that is about to come out, he have approxamitely 3 loose watery stools a day from saturday, i am concerned about it &  want to know if it is because of teething. He is not vommitting either.

This could be due to teething. His stools are not all that frequent and he is not vomiting, so he should settle down. If his condition worsens please take him to see a doctor so that his hydration can be checked.
