watery Pimples

good day Proff. my babiy girl is 13months old.
When she started teething she had these watery pimples on her legs. now that most of her teeth is out she didn' t get the pimples anymore.
since two weeks ago the pimples started again, but this time around it' s not the same. i went to the doctor and she told me it' s insect bites and my baby girl is allergic to the bites, this is an allergic reaction. she gave my Mylocort to use, it' s been two weeks already and the Mylocort is not helping. on friday when i got home my baby had a few pimples on her feet which is uncomfortable, she is not able to wear shoes. these pimples just appear anytime. yesterday morning after her bath i changed her nappy, after a few hours i changed her nappy again and i noticed that on her thigh there were three more pimples coming out... i need help, this is terrible and my baby keeps on scratching it. these pimples just pop out wherever and whenever they want too...

It is difficult for me to be sure about your baby's rash without being able to see her. Her rash may well be due to insect bites especially due to sand flea bites which can cause itchy pimples which persist for weeks to months. What concerns me is that you mention that your baby's feet are also affected and this is rather unusual with flea bite allergy. This is more likely to be due to a skin condition called scabies which is due to a mite getting into the skin. Please ask a paediatrician to see your baby and get a definite diagnosis.

my baby has been for allergy tests before, and one of the results was that she is allergic to dust mites. when i told the pharmacist this he insisted it' s not the dust mites, it' s flea bites. they don' t understand what i tell them, we don' t have fleas and she does not play outside and she is not in creche. my mom looks after her... these pimples looks like little blisters.
i will take her to a pediatrician again...
