Waking up thirsty once at night is very common in children who are mouth breathing. At this time of year many children have problems with blocked noses due to hay fever. You may have noticed that your son has been sneezing more lately and that he has a blocked nose.If he has a blocked nose he will sleep more soundly if he is put on the correct treatment.
