Q.

Water &  Breastfeeding.

What is the real story with drinking lliquids when breastfeeding? Some say drink a lot of liquids, some say if you have too much to drink it will cause your milk supply to decrease. Am I supposed to stick to +/- 2 litres or take a lot more?
Thanks

You should drink a lot of liquids to make up for that which is leaving your body through breastfeeding.
