Q.

Water

My son is 2yrs 1month. . He' s been on seretide and singular for a long time. Sometimes when his asthma is worse I use berotec and atrovent to nebulise him and the doctor would recommend physio. The problem is latelyhe drinks lots of water. I' m very worried. Could water affect his lungs.

Water will not affect his lungs and will be good for him in fact.. If your son is excessively thirsty this may be a symptom of daibetes. It would be best to have his urine checked for glucose/sugar if he is very thirsty and especially if he also passes urine frequently.
