Q.

Water

Hi Doc

I am taking my 6 month old baby on a weekend away trip. I' m not sure about the quality of the tap water at the resort. I have no reason to doubt the quality of the water, but am just naturally cautious.

Is it advisable to take bottled water with in order to use when making her NAN formula? I' m told that the drinking water is not good in certain parts of the country - too much / too little chlorine etc?

I do boil the water first, but want to be extra careful so as not to exposure my baby to anything nasty.

Kind regards

It would be best to take clean water along with you as the water quality appears rather suspect where you are headed.
