WARMER TEMPERATURE, RUNNY STOMACH AND WEIGHT LOSS

My three year old girl frequently her body is warmer at nights and I give her medications from the farmacist all do not work. After a while she develops a runny stomach and looses weght and sometimes vomit.What is the causes and how to get help?
