Your baby is far, far too young to be put into a walking ring. She would not even have started to sit by herself yet at her age. In any case walking rings are no longer advised and are considered to be dangerous for babies.

Hi

If you leave a child on the floor they will eventually learn to lift their bodies up allowing them the strengthen the upper trunk, arms etc. If you leave a child in walking ring they dont get to excercise their upper body part as much. Allowing a child to explore on the floor will let them feel different textures which is also good for their sensorial development. A walking ring is just so unatural.

The main reaon howver, why they have been banned is because of the hazard factors. many children get very badly hurt when they tip over from a walking ring.

I def would not advise one for your child.

it is not adisable to put the baby in a walking ring if he is not developing normal /according to his developmental milestone if the baby is clumsy or very flaccid please don' t put him on the walking ring

good luck

My baby was on a walking ring since she was anly 3 months old. She is developing normal, she is now 6 months old she can sit and she is starting to crawl. Why shouldnt babies not use a walking ring anymore??? 1st time i hear of it.. would like to hear why not?
