Waking up at 3am

Hi, my one year old, who has slept through the night since five weeks old, has suddenly started waking up at 3am. She normally has to be woken up at 6am. She doesn''t seem to be hungry as she sometimes won''t take a bottle, neither does she scream - so she''s not in pain due to her teeth, she just wakes up! This has been happening for the past week and nothing has changed in her routine, so I''m confused (as well as tired!!).

This is very common and hopefully will only happen for a short time.Your baby does not appear to be experiencing any pain or discomfort so the usual suspect such as teething or refux are unlikely also she does not appear to be hungry. Also there has not been a change in her routine. So with nothing obvious this pattern should settle soon.
