Q.

Waking baby

My little girl will be 3 weeks old on Thursday.

Some nights she will drink a bottle at 6pm, about 100ml Nan, then sleep until 12 - 1 am. Is it ok to leave her or must I wake her up? What is the longest she can go at night without a feed?
Her birth weight was 2.78kg and 48cm and last friday she weighed 2.95kg.

Your baby has regained her birth weight and has now started to gain weight which is good. She seems to be doing well.Babies usually feed every 3 hours or so at this stage. It does not appear to be necessary to wake her for this night feed.
