Q.

Waking at night??

Hi There!
I really really hope you can help me!I am at my wits end!
My daughter is 9 months old and has been sleeping through since she was 10 weeks old!I think in the past six months she woke up twice during the night.

Except for the past 7 days. She has now woken up every night at about 3am and wont go back to sleep.
She has 6 teeth already but I suspect the two eye teeth on top are cutting. Could it be that?
Or a growth spurt?
I give her 3 solids a day and 3 bottles of 200ml a day, could she not be getting enough food?
Will I be starting a bad habit if I give her a bottle at 3am?
Pls help me I dont know what to do!

You are correct, the most likely cause is her teething. Apply a little Pansoral gel to her gums where the new teeth are coming through. This will need to be done in the evening when you put her to bed for the night.I am a little worried about starting her on a 3am feed now as she may get into the habit of wanting to continue with this. If you are prepared for this then this should settle her.
