Q.

Vomitting

HI Doc, the other day I qeuried with you about baby having croup again. He just turned 1 on Wednesday.
I did take him to the paed, and he found it was more nasal congestion that was leading to the croupy cough and advised treating the nasal congestion and cough with Pholtex and a nasal spray.
Babies breathing started sounding much better by this morning. However he is a bit phlegmy still, and at 3 this morning I gave him his first feed of S26-3, After drinking just a little, he vomitted up a whole lot (Milk from bedtime as well I geuss). He slept after that without finishing the bottle.
He also vommitted a bi tof Phlegm and milk this morning just before 7, and then again around 7:30 a lot more liquid.
Could it just be the phlegm that made him vomit, or should I be concerned?
Many thanks

It is almost certain that it is the mucous from your baby's post-nasal drip that caused him to vomit in this way.
