Hi Doc,
I started giving my 2.5 yr son fresh milk about 2 weeks ago, and he also takes Nido.
My son is normally fine, but he seems to be getting car-sick. the first time it happened we were 3 hrs into our trip and he vomitted. This was about 7 months ago. The over the December holidays he was fine the first week of our holiday, even though we did a lot of travelling. In the 2nd week he started getting car sick, and this seems to happen sooner each time we start driving. This morning when I took him to school, not even 5 min later he got sick. He had fresh milk before we left. Could it be the fresh milk, as I do not dilute the milk? What medications can help?
Many thanks.

I do not think that this is the milk. It sounds like a car sickness problem. Make sure that the car is well ventilated and drive very smoothly avoiding sudden stops and starts. Your son should be able to see out of the windows. Give him something to keep his attention such as a favourite toy to play with or a book to look at.
