Vomiting one year old

My one year old baby girl started vomiting on Saturday morning ... I took her to the doctor who disgnosed a bacterial infection. He prescribed Empapep for pain and fever, Ponstan and antibiotics (i got the generic version of Orolox). She quickly got well again and completed the dosage on Tuesday. Her stools have been loose since then but I am giving Reuteri now.
She was perfectly fine but then started vomiting last night again .. She is however still smiling, laughing and not feverish at all. I don' t know if the renewed vomiting can be attributed to something she ate? She had a late dinner and her dad played quite roughly with her last night ...

If this was a once off vomit this time there is no need for concern. It is most likely the result of all the activity and playing once Dad got home last night. You are doing the correct thing by giving your baby the Reuteri drops after her recent antibiotic. She does not need the Empaped and the Ponstan now.
