Vomiting baby

Hi there
My 7 month old LG has now started to vomit a little after meals. (She has never had a colic or reflux problem.)
I feed her cereal in the morning, for lunch a Purity meal and at night a Purity goodnight meal. I only use Purity stage 2 meals because she gags at the lumpiness of the stage 3 meals.
She is very active and wants to move around straight after her meals and i am just wondering if this is contributing to her spitting up. Or am I overfeeding her?? Please help.
She drinks about 400 -500 ml of milk a day - Nan stage 2.

You may be overfeeding your baby or she may not like the texture of the Purity foods she is getting now.

my 16month old baby stools have become very watery and yellow. its so bad that i have to change her afterwards.she doesnt eat so well anymore and mostly drinks milk. this morning she vomited after eating 3spoons of cereal. she still plays but doesnt sleep very well i think this is becoz of the cramps.
