The usual cause of vomiting is due to all the mucous running down from the back of the nose and being swallowed, landing up in the stomach. You need to clear your daughter's nose by using Salex nose drops 3 times a day and giving her Flemeze or Mucospect to clear the mucous in her chest and throat.
